We are currently seeking a competent administrative assistant to work directly with and for our Office Manager. The administrative assistant will perform various organizational and clerical tasks to support our office and customers. This position will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from answering the phones, data entry, responding to emails, taking and entering customer orders along with various other tasks. An effective administrative assistant has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.

This position requires employees to color match and formulate inks to meet customer specifications utilizing Ink Formulation software. You must also follow appropriate quality control and inspection processes for inks to ensure quality based on customer specifications, as well as backup in the Quality Control department.

This position requires employees to weigh, mix ink, can and label product to various customer specifications.  Basic data entry, math skills and an extreme attention to detail will be essential to the success of this position.  Safely and efficiently handle and move merchandise using powered industrial equipment as needed.  Load and unload raw materials and finished product onto trailers.  Employee will be eligible for company paid benefits after they have completed a 90 day probationary period.

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the quality control and delivery specialist position. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to follow appropriate quality control and inspection processes for inks.

Located in Michigan, American Inks & Technology is a manufacturer of water and solvent based flexographic inks and coatings. AIT is currently looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative in Indiana.

You will be expected to further expand this well established yet bolstering territory for AIT. You will accomplish this by establishing, building and garnering long term relationships with key personnel in the flexographic printing industry. This position is Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 4:00 pm with occasional overtime.

Salary is based on experience.
